Change Payment Information

You can change your billing information, credit card information, and other payment information from the Appexchange site.


Go to the following link and log in.

Click on your icon in the upper right corner and click My Installs and Subscriptions.

Click on Manage Subscription from the pull-down to the right of Office File Creator in the list.


Click Edit.


The edit screen will appear and you can change the information you wish to change. To change the credit card, click Edit Payment. After making changes, click Review Change.


Confirm your entry. Check the terms and conditions checkbox after reviewing and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Click Save to implement the changes.


The modified screen will be displayed. Click Done to close the screen. The message "Purchase was successful" will appear, but only the change of payment information has been completed, not the purchase again.
