- Added the functions to check the 1-template limit for the free version.
As announced in the "In the near future, a one-template limit check feature and restrictions will be added to the free version.", the following checking functions have been added.
1. Template files can only be uploaded from the OFC_Template record screen.
2. Updates are not allowed for template files (Attachment records) uploaded from the OFC_Template record screen.
- Changed the read permission of the Field-Level Security for general users (users to output files) on OFC_Template records to no longer be required.
The general user (users to output files) used to be required the read permission of the Field-Level Security, but it is no longer required in the new version.
*The reference authority of OFC_Template object is still required.
- Fixed a bug in which the formatting of the second and subsequent lines of long text area merged fields in PowerPoint graphics was not set correctly.

Version Upgrade (for existing users)
For existing users who have installed Office File Creator (free version and paid version), the version will be automatically upgraded, so there is no need for users to upgrade. Automatic version upgrades will be performed around 3 days after the new version release date.
*In rare cases, the automatic version upgrade may fail. If you cannot use the new functions, the version is still out of date, so please upgrade manually. Click the "Get It Now" button on the product page to install the new version.
